Outreach - Short-Term

To organize a one-time healthcare assessment or community health program by a team of healthcare team at the targeted beneficiaries' home or community centre

Outreach - Medium-Term

To organize regular home visits to targeted beneficiaries' home or regular health outreach to the community center.

Outreach - Long-Term

To revisit the same community of targeted beneficiaries for a period of more than a year, thus making them a foster community.

Promotion

To conduct roadshow to the B40 community to promote NENO Gig Opportunities.

Recruitment

To screen suitable candidates for the NENO Buddy (Caregiver and Companion) gig position and conduct interview.

Onboarding Training

Selected candidates attends 7-Days NENO Caregiver Training with 5 main comprehensive training modules.

Income Generation

Gig workers can now generate Hourly, Daily, Weekly or Monthly income through Part-Time or Full-Time job with NENO.

Benefits

To ensure gig workers welfare is being taken good care of throughout the Gig Worker experience journey.

Gig Management

To manage gig workers job scheduling, salary payment and target achievement by using automation and system.

Humanitarian

To educate the public and carers on first aid and caregiving training in order for them to provide the care and save people's life - physically, mentally and emotionally.

Health & Fitness

To educate on the importance of healthy living and healthy ageing as an initiative to lower the rate of non-communicable disease among the people.

Safety

Focuses on risk and injury prevention, as well as safety and protection aspects of individuals and community doing activities at home, workplace and sports.

Sustainability

Focuses on trainings and certification to upskill and reskill individuals and communities and raise the health and social care workers' professionalism.

Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM) supported the training by briefing on their organization's activities. In accordance to Neno's Social Mission, JKM's role includes managing social welfare by instigating financial assistance, provide protection and upkeep strong morale for children, elderly and the needy.

Malaysian Research & Education Foundation (MyREF) as training venue sponsor, to advocate their Mission which is to promote human capital development through research and education.

Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) collaborated with Neno under their initiative, Pelan Jana Semula Ekonomi Negara (PENJANA) to stimulate employment among locals.

Nadi Risk Group helped educate the public on financial literacy and how to generate income through Takaful, led by Ms. Huda.
