NENO Academy is an initiative developed by NENO Malaysia to provide training programs to the targeted beneficiaries in order to educate the community, to create awareness and lastly to create a caring society. 

As of March 2023, there are up to 40 training courses that are being provided by NENO Academy. You can click here, for more details on the type of training that is being provided by NENO Academy and eCommerce. 

A Change Agent is the B40 community and publics who want to educate themselves on how to take care of others. Change agent is developed and introduced by NENO Malaysia in order to build a community who are able to care for others and provide the care as well, instead of being fully dependent on medical workers. Owing to the fact that, we are heading towards an ageing population, hence, we need more people to join hands in order to make a better environment for the elderly. 

There are four reasons why you should join our training programs and our training packages. This is because NENO Academy training activities contain humanitarian, health & fitness, safety and sustainability characteristics that are beneficial for our training clients / participants. 

At the end of each training program, NENO will provide survey questionnaires on training clients / participants satisfaction on training classes, the services that NENO provides during the training program, etc. 

Yes, NENO Academy has provided a few programmes that are suitable and are eligible for professional development. The training can still be used by corporate personnel to improve their professional development even though it is a public training program. For example, any training under the category of workplace is important for corporate personnel as it will help them with The Occupational  Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). First Aid Training:

Yes, there will be more. Images for new training programs will be updated from time to time. 

The languages for the training programs will be delivered using both BM and BI.

After training clients / participants has finished their training they will receive a Certificate of Competency. NENO might invite training clients / participants to join NENO as a gig worker, and promote other available training programs that training clients / participants can take part in if they are interested. 

No, you don’t have to. NENO Academy training programs are open to the public. And it is highly encouraged and recommended for the community and individuals to participate in these training programs. 

Training clients / participants are advised to bring their own notebook and mindset to the training programs. 

NENO websites use Payex service, an instant payment & delivery licensed by Bank Negara Malaysia. The payment system that NENO used is a merchant Acquiring Services for Non-banks which is Payex PLT. 

Some of the training that has been provided contains an assessment and passing marks in order for training clients / participants to receive a certificate of competency from our training partners.

All of the content that will be used throughout the training programs are obtained through NENO collaboration with training partners. Such as Mental Illness Awareness and Support Association (MIASA), Akademi Warisan Urut (AWU), and Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).

Yes, the training will be beneficial for both personal and professional development. This is because these training programs are invented to generate income and help B40 communities, by giving them other opportunities by becoming a gig worker for NENO or doing volunteer work. The skills and certificates that training clients / participants gained from each of the training will be useful / beneficial for both personal and professional development. 

Each of the training programs will take place as mentioned in the poster as it can either be a physical / online / hybrid program. 

Once you have made a payment for the training programs, you will be contacted by NENO admin and you will be invited into WhatsApp groups, etc. for further steps. 

There are two methods for training program cancellation for training clients / participants. First, you can inform us directly at the NENO Hotline or email (hello@neno.my), however our Training Policy does not allow any request for a refund. The next method, you can either cancel or opt for changing or bring forwards your enrollment fees to other available training dates.

Training clients / participants can participate in more than one training program, as long as it doesn’t clash with other training programs which run on the same date. 

There will be no transportation that will be provided for training clients / participants, unless it is mentioned in training posters or description. 

Yes you can, please contact admin at NENO Hotline for more inquiries on instalment payment.

Yes. As long as you have made a payment for the training. Unless the training programs are being sponsored, you are able to join without any charges.
