Home Nurse Visit activities by Certified Healthcare Provider and / or Healthcare Students / Graduates (excluded for Community Caregiver Category).
Do not include Home Help / Home Maker services for house chores or tasks to maintain the household i.e. laundry, grocery shopping, and other housekeeping items.
Levels of Care:
- Provides help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, moving around, companionship, meal preparation, and reminders for medication.
- Focuses on improving comfort and well-being.
- This service is provided by Community Caregivers - School leavers, pensioners, single parents, women re-enter workforce, Return-To-Work (RTW), unemployed graduates, and targeted beneficiaries who are trained and fit-to-work.
- Provides help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, moving around, companionship, meal preparation, and reminders for medication.
- Offers supervised basic clinical care, such as medical equipment handling, basic wound care, monitoring vital signs, administering medication, and assisting with rehabilitation.
- Offers supervised Nursing Procedures (Limited), such as Naso-Gastric Tube Feeding, Basic Suctioning, Injection and Basic Catheter Care.
- This service is provided by Healthcare Students and Graduates – youth who are currently enrolled in or have completed healthcare programs accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) or certified by the Department of Skills Development (Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran, JPK), which issues the Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM), Diploma Kemahiran Malaysia (DKM), and Diploma Lanjutan Kemahiran Malaysia (DLKM). These individuals have received formal training in healthcare support and are certified to deliver services within their scope of practice. They may be unemployed, gig working, or newly entering the workforce, providing moderate clinical support and patient care as per their training and certification.
- Provides help with daily activities like bathing, dressing, moving around, companionship, meal prep, and reminders for medication.
- Delivers full medical and non-medical care, including health check-ups, wound care, giving medications, tracking vital signs, catheter change, injection, bed sore dressing and patient education.
- Suited for clients with complex medical needs, involving skilled care and emergency readiness.
- This service is provided by Healthcare Provider - Certified Nurse / Medical Assistant with certified practitioner licensing from Nursing Board Malaysia (NBM) / Malaysian Association of Medical Assistants (MAMA) / Malaysian Medical Council (MMC)

Service fulfillment at the client's location within 14 business days after payment.
Service care providers are Trained Community Caregivers and / or Healthcare Providers.
Only with full payment the appointment will be confirmed and processed.
Any postponement of service appointment must be at least 5 hours before the arrival of the service provider.
Any cancellation made by clients will result in a 30% non-refundable charge from the service fee.
By subscribing to our services, clients are contributing directly to NENO Social Mission.
NENO Social Mission:
51% of accumulated profit from paid services and products in NENO eCommerce goes to Social Mission.
One third or 30% of NENO gig workers are from targeted beneficiaries from the B40 communities. They are trained and empowered to become community caregivers and generate income from the service to the clients.
