Home Occupational Therapy by Certified and Qualified Occupational Therapist
Therapy session is inclusive of Initial Home Occupational Therapy Assessment on 1st visit.
This therapy focuses on helping care recipients at home to develop, recover and improve in regards to a condition or injury, as well as maintain the skills needed to execute daily activities.
Subject to Occupational Therapy assessment and therapy needs. Additional fees apply for specialized or intensive therapy.

- People with Mild to Moderate Physical Disabilities

1 Assessment + 1 Home Visit: RM630
1 Assessment + 5 Home Visits: RM1,730
1 Assessment + 11 Home Visits: RM3,290
RM750 for 3 pax
RM1,440 for 6 pax

Service care providers are Certified and Qualified Occupational Therapists.
Only with full payment the appointment will be confirmed and processed.
Any postponement of service appointment must be at least 5 hours before the arrival of the service provider.
Any cancellation made by clients will result in a 30% non-refundable charge from the service fee.
