Kindly read our Service Policy, Sponsorship Policy and Privacy Notice before subscribing to our services or social mission. 

1. Client

• Service fulfillment at the client's location within 2 business days after payment.

• Service care providers are Certified and Qualified Physiotherapists.

• Only with full payment the appointment will be confirmed and processed.

• Any postponement of service appointment must be at least 5 hours before the arrival of the service provider. 

• Any cancellation made by clients will result in a 30% non-refundable charge from the service fee.

• By subscribing to our services, clients are contributing directly to impact where 51% of accumulated profit from paid services and products in NENO eCommerce goes to Social Mission

2. Sponsor

• A sponsor can be an individual or an organisation who pay on behalf of the targeted beneficiaries.

• Sponsors and contributors who opt to Pay-for-Impact in eCommerce are purchasing NENO Products or Services on behalf of the poor, where some of the cost is reduced for Social Mission programs for the targeted beneficiaries. 

• NENO run Social Mission within 14 business days within the Klang Valley locality.

• After the sponsorship transaction, Sponsors will receive LHDN Tax Exemption Receipt within 14 business days. 

• Sponsors will be able to view the NENO Impact Report on the website once the Social Mission program is completed.

• The primary point of contact for any of sponsorship activities will be through NENO as the Organiser / Platform Owner. Sponsors / Contributors are restricted or prohibited from sharing contacts or communicating directly with Care recipients or targeted beneficiaries and vice versa.
