Medical Event Coverage
Description:
Option A: NENO collaborates with ambulance provider partner within the locality of the event and costs are inclusive of 1 way transfer to hospital per day in the case of emergency. Unutilised transfer(s) is / are not claimable.
Option B & C (without ambulance service): The organiser should anticipate the additional cost of nearby emergency ambulance provider and the waiting time for ambulance arrival after the emergency call (999) has been made.
All paramedics are registered with Malaysian Medical Council / Nursing Board Malaysia with regular active service as a paramedic and trained with pre-hospital care management and are able to access and provide immediate professional care on-site
Trained First Aiders may have attended a 3 – 4 days Basic First Aid / Basic Life Support at work course. First Aiders are not equipped to assess and manage significant traumatic injuries without professional help / back up immediately available.
Organiser to prepare tables, chairs and F&B for the paramedics on site during the event.

Client
Paid service booking be done at least 1 month in advanced.
Service care providers are Certified Paramedics and First Aiders.
Only with full payment the appointment will be confirmed and processed.
Any postponement / cancellation of medical event coverage service must be at least 72 hours before the arrival of the service provider.
Any cancellation made by clients will result in a 30% non-refundable charge from the service fee.
By subscribing to our services, clients are contributing directly to impact where 51% of accumulated profit from paid services and products in NENO eCommerce goes to NENO Social Mission.
